The Colonel in DC's Historic Shaw Neighborhood Now Leasing Units for $2K+

Found at 1250 9th Street, the building is named after the American Civil War Colonel, Robert Gould Shaw, who commanded the very first African American army regiment in 1863 (the neighborhood is also named after him).
